Seaweed sourdough

Long wanted to make this when i saw it here. Used Makanai’s 1-2-3 formula but otherwise method and proofing times were adapted. Thought i had seaweed at home but it turned out to be an all-in-one mix that even included dried onions and carrots (slight orange colour if you look carefully). Turned out quite nice surprisingly! Since i added so much of it (10-12g), the seaweed taste was definitely present. Great, I imagine, with smoked salmon or oysters but since we had neither, had to make do with butter. Which was just as nice.
