Seaweed (from Brittany, says the packet) Sourdough Bread
100g Leaven (wholewheat flour)
200g Water
280g T65 flour
5g Salt
Handfuls of seaweed & black sesame seeds
Wondering which bread to tackle next, I looked up and noticed the wall outside. This was better than the last.
